Places to Stay in Ballymoney
Ballymoney doesn’t have the concentration of hotels a coastal resort town does, but it’s a genuine option if you’d rather stay somewhere quieter and central to the whole Causeway Coast rather than in Portrush or Portstewart directly.
Hotels
The Manor Hotel, on Main Street in the town centre, is Ballymoney’s main hotel — restaurant and bar on site, walking distance to everything in town.
B&Bs and guesthouses
Ballymoney has a genuine spread of B&Bs, including guesthouses in the town itself and countryside options nearby. As always with independent B&Bs, check current availability and reviews directly — Tripadvisor and Booking.com both list current options for the area.
Glamping and self-catering
A handful of glamping sites operate around Ballymoney, generally further out into the countryside rather than in the town itself — a good option if you want a base with more space, within easy reach of both Ballymoney and the coast.
Staying elsewhere on the coast
If you’d rather be directly on the water, see Portrush, Portstewart, or Ballycastle — all within a 20–30 minute drive of Ballymoney.
